Delete your Gathrd account

You can delete your Gathrd account, and the data tied to it, at any time. Gathrd is published on Google Play and the App Store by S M Jenkins.

Delete it in the app

1. Open Gathrd and go to Profile.
2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete My Account.
3. Read the message and confirm. This cannot be undone.

No access to the app? Ask us by email

Write to support@wegathrd.com from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my Gathrd account”. We will confirm it is you and delete the account. We aim to complete requests within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in and profile, including your name and email address.
• The photos and videos you uploaded, and the events you host. Stored copies of media are removed in the background shortly after.
• Your event memberships, invitations you created, notifications, and device push tokens.

What we may keep

Some records may be kept where needed for safety, fraud prevention, billing, or to meet legal obligations, as described in our Privacy Policy. Photos you appear in that other people uploaded belong to the people who uploaded them and the events they were shared in.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription bought through Google Play or the App Store. Cancel it in the store's subscription settings so you are not charged again.
