These Terms of Service govern use of Gathrd and its event-sharing features.

Use of Gathrd

Gathrd provides private or semi-private event albums where authenticated users may upload photos and videos for real-world events by invitation, event code, or host-approved access.

Prohibited content

You may not upload or share illegal content, child sexual abuse material, content exploiting minors, harassment or threats, non-consensual intimate imagery, hate or abusive content, malware, spam, or content that infringes copyright or privacy rights.

Moderation and enforcement

Gathrd may remove content, quarantine uploads, lock uploads, disable event access, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve evidence, and cooperate with lawful authorities when required. Users may report photos for review.

Deletion windows and storage limits

Events may expire, lock, archive, or delete content based on host settings, plan limits, and retention policies. Gathrd may enforce storage limits to protect service availability.

Account deletion

Users may request account deletion from the profile area. Some records may be retained for legal, security, fraud prevention, abuse reporting, or billing purposes.
